Polestar Pilates training centre (N1C 4DD) is tucked away in Kings Cross, London. The location is situated on the same road, as the new Meta office building on Canal Reach road, (behind Granary square) We are less than a 5-minute walk from the new Google office building, Coal Drops Yard and around the corner from Sony Music.

I teach all levels of pilates, my sessions are dynamic and you will be pushed for maximum results.
There is always room for improvement no matter what level you are.

1-to-1 lessons
1-to-1 lesson (single)- £95
5 session package of 1-to-1 lessons - £400 (£80 each)
10 session package of 1-to-1 lessons - £670 (£67 each)
20 session package - £1100 (£55 each)
Join me for 1-to-1 (50min) lesson on various pilates equipment, tailored to your individual needs to get maximum results out of your practice.

2-to-1 lessons
2-to-1 lesson (single)- £60.00 per person
5 session package of 2-to-1 lessons - £250 per person (£50 each)
10 session package of 2-to-1 lessons - £400 per person (£40 each)
Enjoy 50min "duet" pilates lessons with a friend or partner. This is a great workout in a cost-effective way. all sessions are still tailored for the individual
